Yes, it looks like it for sure on a single image.

Just a very well though out photo actually, camera and lens placed in the centre catching the movement outside and the static on the inside .

I was half on to something. Question, do you think that is dirt on the lens? (All the black speckles.)

ja, thats what I thought, great photo.

 

But when thinking of how to actually do this and balance the image correct for inside and outside light things got tricky.

 

With "true" HDR you would need several images. I suppose you could change exposure in an editing program to merge ? :wacko:

You could, but it really does not work so well.

One could use a filter as in Lightroom and that will work well.

If you look close you will see that the inside is slightly under exposed, so I think he balanced it out best he or she could.

Also I will guess around 1/15 shutter time as some of the heads are blurry indicating movement.
