Bosal 2 bike rack - approx R3700Thule 2 bike rack - approx R4500 I would like to know whether the Thule offers somethings which justifies the odd R1000 extra? Otherwise i would probably settle on the Bosal. Ive heard of Buzzrack as well, but thats all. I dont know their cost or quality.

rad006 Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 Ive owned the Thule and When I saw the Bosal I was really impressed. ESP that it folds in half making for easy storage and carrying ability. My money is on the Bosal. Not a fan of the Buzzracks

I can let you have a look at my bosal ans you can test putting it on and off your car. You can also see if it fits your bike.

Thanks, the Bosal rep have already agreed to meet me to do a demo. I just didnt want to waste his time if im not interested. basically im set on the Bosal, but was wondering whether the Thule is worth the extra R1000. From the comments so far, it seems Bosal is edging ahead in the race.
