compression garments

hi guys..

 

i just finished my first 2 oceans this year, 2 weeks after, I have picked up an injury on my hamstring.

 

I am busy with rehab on my injury.

 

I wana know if anyone used compression garments and what your results was...

I am using 2xu short & long compression pant, and BV Sport sport booster (compression calf sleeves).

 

I would say these compression stuff are amazing. Reducing muscle damages during run and help rehab.

I normally wear 2XU short and BV sport booster for race, then wearing the 2xu pant during sleep to help recovery. The effect is less muscle pain/cramp during the run, and faster recovery.

I use calve sleeves for recovery only. Put them on after a long race or training ride or run and take them off before I get into bed.

But don't ever use them during a race - not only will you look ridiculous but you will also have your worst day ever!

i have a pair of short ones after i tore both my quads earlier in the year. They are amazing you must definately get a pair. they help to keep you muscle in the right position

I hated the stuff till I tried :)

 

Sort of like what will happen when the 26" fans ride a 29er ;)

 

jokes aside, I got a pair of the 2XU long compression tights a few weeks ago, I just sleep in them and they seriously work, I haven't been stiff the following morning since I got them. :clap:
