From a local car gathering in 2006. Was still taken with my 4mp Fuji 5500S. No cropping.

This might look like a re-hash of the session I had a few weeks back, but these are different.

The cloud formation last night was stunning and I decided to catch Jo'Burg at night.

These are between 15 to 30 second exposures taken with ND8 polarizing filter.

The sun as it was setting.

Another zoom burst and this time I slightly over exposed.

Very similar to the one I took a few weeks back, much longer exposure, notice the three helicopters hovering next to Sandton.

Thanks Kapitaan

I love those old, fully manual cameras. They feel fantastic, and properly "real" if I can put it that way. Like an old carburetted motor with pushrods & a cable clutch. It's all "there", not relying on electronic inputs or hydraulic pumps to tell it what to do.

I agree

My favouratist camera was the FM2 which was liberated with all my equipment in 2000.

I am on the lookout to find one again
