Friend wants to buy Specialized Dual Suspension 29er.

He is in Gauteng area.

Where will he get a good price?

Who should he contact?

Goodluck with that.

Ive been riding specialized since I started MTB. I am going to switch brands now, sick of crappy service and no stock of what you want ...ever.

My s-works 29er hardtail frame (2010) size medium will be on sale soon, just waiting for lbs to strip the parts.

R22 000 , I know you mentioned a full sus but he can PM me for more details should he be interested.

Best bet atm is to buy the frame you want through a friend or contact in USA, its cheaper and chances are they have exactly what he is looking for.

I Love my Specialized Epic comp 29er. Dont know how i will ride anything else.

One day when i am rich i would like the carbon version but that is still far away.

Service is an issue though altough i also guess it depends which store you buy through.

Contact Dangle, he'll sort your mate out..

Alternatively, I hear Summit Cycles in Midrand are also good. :D

I agree that it is tough to get hold of top-end Specialized frames and bikes, but I will rather give up cycling than loose my Spez. Once you received that box with the massive 'S' logo, after going to hell and back to get it, the appreciation is so much greater, and after that first ride you realize immediately why you waited so long.

It's easy to Say "Specialized" have no stock... can you tell me who does have stock?

I scouted around for a dual sus bike not too long ago.

There were only 2 brands that had any stock out of a possible 7-8...

Big wheels have taken off in a big way and everyone is caught with their pants down not only Specialized - also because they have the best bike they sell out like hot cakes.
