oh I nearly forgot... sometimes when I do a saturday funride, I remove my camelbak bladder and put a 2L Mountain Dew in the hole where the bladder was

Just fits in the Camelbak Classic... not really "nutrition"... but I like it

CytoMax/Hammer :o ....I surely hope you not using these products considering your AGE!!

DUDE. You seem to be forgetting that he has had a stirling example set by all those TDF heroes.

Cytomax/Hammer at "his age" is NUTHIN. Wait till he gets bigger....

You think Weed is an issue?

CLASSIC.

You SHRED bro!

Tell me you wear jean-pant, with holes in the knee-part-around-your-shins, and your bloomers stickin' out.

GIVE THAT MN A BELLS Mountain Dew.

on occasion, we went to see a nutritionist at sports science and she said USN was the worst nutritionally.

She said that they (supplements) weren't good for you but if somebody had to have the she would advise hammer because they are making an effort into making all their products preservative free.

Nothing like some Dew when you're spending a day on the jumps or the DH course.

No jean-pant and bloomers though... Shorts and knee-guards. Althouhg my last 2 rides were straight after work... last minute decision and a result of peer-pressure... so there I was hitting the jumps in long-sleeved collared shirt and chinos (luckily had my gloves and some macbeths with me. Still feels weird riding without the five-tens though).

The concern for your children should not be around preservatives, because drinks that are very high in sugar content, are far from neutral in ph and actually do not need a preservative in them, so if there is no preservative be far more concerned. To be honest and not because I am involved with the product but if you are going to give your kids anything it should be water and if not apple juice diluted or 32Gi, the sports supplements in the market are not suitable for children and that includes the likes of Energade.

Good for you, am off the smokes for 18 months now, its hard work and sometimes you think about it but keep up the cycling and its not too bad! Think of all the money you can spend on the bike and yourself!

Its crazy how big of a difference it makes! No more burning lungs after a ride! The money factor was a good motivator I was smoking almost 2 packs a day so you can imagine wat it cost! Mabey next year I can afford that momsen carbon fiber frame!
