Gentle....? Your gentle meaning you only covered... what - say 50k's in that hour?!

Good to hear you're all healed up and ready to get going.

Nah, really took it easy.

Hammie was definitely tight since the ride. Gotta be easy on it.

I ran the numbers. Over the course of 10 years at a post-rate of 2 per day, you waste exactly 18 hours of riding time by typing 'carbon horse' instead of just 'bike'.

K bye, off to ride now.

WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Well I strained my hammie? (inner leg between hammie and quad) yesterday morning doing leg curls..... lying face down on the bed with ankle weights... WTF?!

What interests me is that my left leg felt obviously weaker than my right leg doing the same Hammie Curl routine...

And my R hamstring would cramp up in the heat of a tough race.

I guess I am overloading the R with my pedalstroke as a subtle way to compensate for the weaker L side.

Were you doing individual or dual leg curls?

When and if i ever do leg curls (hardly ever....maybe in winter) I train one leg at a time to try and address differences between L and R. Using weight and repitions to suit the weaker leg and not the stronger leg.

That is where the injury happened, Swissvan.

I think that the same load / weight applied to both individual curls and, like you suggest, the training load must be specific.

Good learning.
