I thought the mix should be sufficient...? btw, i very happy with my 32GI, have been using it for a month+ now and on my second bottle. Your tip abt keeping it in the fridge the night before is also great, it takes away that powdery taste. It certainly also decreases my hunger craving during a ride. Can this be used during the day (working hours) to dampen hunger cravings (im trying to loose some extra weight)?

Hi Champ The drink is sufficient, but we did have a demand also from mainly runners to make a gel, we opted to go with a soft chew instead of a gel, it is not messy, tastes great and long lasting. One sachet of our chews gives the same amount of energy as 3-4 gels, they just go down well. Yes the drink is sufficient, but some like to eat and take in additional calories this gives them an option, and it compliments the drink, but giving slightly more of a kick, our chew has a little protein and a drop of sucrose in it, but keeps its slow release, and long taper. As for drinking it during the day, yes it can stabilize your energy levels removing those unwanted dips and hunger cravings. BUT, you need to make sure your diet is spot on, as there is no substitute for good nutrition. We do have a lot of people drinking it to keep their energy levels and mind focussed during long working days or shifts, like truck drivers, doctors and nurses on duty etc, it does help, without gaining weight.
