BehindOx whats with the 'imperial' distances?

Not my doing. Garmin Connect defaults to imperial. Trust the yanks to stay stuck in the first half of the previous century :(

My account settings there is to use metric, but somehow they succeed to ignore my preferences when other people view activities :(

For me, signed into Garmin Connect, it shows in metric ;)

If you click through to the GC website, there is an option to view on metric on the top right of the screen. thumbup1.gif

Kom nou Os, change it to kms. It'll feel faster if you multiply it by 1.6

JUST remember that my cycling computer is from the taxi cab family, the meter keeps running while I'm standing still rolleyes.gif

I missed out on the Albert Farm section, but here are the speed stats for the section I did:

Timing

Time:1:29:31

Moving Time:1:01:22

Elapsed Time:1:29:31

Avg Speed:12.6 km/h

Avg Moving Speed:18.4 km/h

Max Speed:42.9 km/h

I love running, always had, always will!

Lots of other reason too, but do not want to digress into a running vs cycling debate.

Suffice to say that my running helps my cycling more than cycling my running ;)
