kosmonooit Posted November 9, 2011 Share Spruit Users please take note: in yesterdays Rosebank-Killarney Gazzette it was announced that there is a "Big Budget" and "Big Plans" for redevelopment in Ward 90 which includes big moola for the spruit. The "complete integrated development plan" is on www.looklocal.co.za I haven't taken a look but surely cyclist rights / facilities / routes etc should feature. This is why we need a lobby group.
