Same thought here... those are definitely made for long and smooth rides which equates to road and which has higher pressures... most likely between 8 - 9 bar!

 

And with regards to second hand parts... I will always try to check what it costs new and work from there. We've been fortunate in that the strong rand also helped us a lot, because most bikes and parts are imported. Watch those prices balloon if the rand drops in value!
