This is also a big problem for me. I need to be able to send data to my coach and a .gpx file containing only GPS and HR data doesn't cut it, unfortunately. I also need to see the data in WKO+ or some other software that allows me to evaluate normalised power, TSS etc. and track these over time (unless the Mobii software can also do this).

.csv export (or else just a translator from your binary to .csv) of all the raw data would also be really useful. There're a couple of interesting uses I could find for the accelerometer data, couple to the other data, but most of them require the data to be analysed in Excel.

If you send us an example file of the output you would like your data exported to, then our developers can implement that file export structure.

In general, if there is a broad need by our customers to implement a specific feature, then we usually do so quite rapidly.

Our device is used in many, many different types of sports so there are always new features being implemented to cater for different sports.

For Polar service, deal with them direct in Vorna Valley. Have been there a couple of times over the years and service has been 100%.

wouldnt be a problem except for the 1400km between vorna valley and ct!

Picking up my Mobii today. Stoked to finally get a device that does all I want it to do and so much more (and not having to trade in my car to get it!) Was at the Mobii Head Quarters yesterday...more on that later. Things to do, you know.

I will have to wait till the end of the month before I can afford one these babies.

Its funny how few people actually know about mobii. Even my LBS was in the dark.

Finally got my hands on a Mobii Motion.

I want to thank the guys at Mobii for having me over for 4 hours. Thanks for the Coffee!

Thanks Roderick, Brendan and the other guy ( I am crap with names) thanks.

One day when mobii is a fortune 500 company I can say Roderick made me Coffee. ;)

Seriously, if you are in the market for a computer whether it be for running, cycling, sailing, motor sport or sky diving (yip sky diving) then

do yourself a favour and take a look at the Mobii Motion. If you are in Cape Town try and give the good folk at Mobii a visit I am sure they

will be more than happy to give you the low down on the Motion and its amazing software. Just a heads up, Brendan speaks really fast so

pay attention as I imagine his thoughts are in binary. :P

I would like to tell you more about the the mobii but I am afraid I will not do it justice.

buy this if you feeling patriotic but seriously buy this if you want the best.

The motion is going to blow the competition out of the water!!

It was great having you around yesterday to take a look at the Motion M01-1 and the Motion Experience Centre, I am sure you will have a lot of fun with your device.

If anybody else wants to demo the Motion M01-1 then you are welcome to visit us here in Cape Town.

get yourself a polar rsx5, can give you heartrate while swimming, has a gps unit and battery life in contrast with garmin. . .and its a beautiful watch!

There is a thread on the hub about a hubber having issues with the watch not recording his heart rate while swimming ( may be an isolated case). was going to buy this polar but after much research went with the Mobii.

I am telling you guys this things kicks major ass.

You can set an action trigger based on location so you won't have to slam your front wheel into the lip of a gap in...let's say "Eden".

Not talking about anything in particular. biggrin.gif

We have added a new blog site with tutorials as well as downloads with extra content that you can share and use with the Motion M01-1. It is still new but will grow rapidly.

http://blog.mobii.com

We are going to be loading up, for example, setup files for precision timing different MTB routes with the Motion M01-1. If you have some files of tracks you want to add, you can send them to us.
