Some bicycles were covered with these LED Strip lights. Help me - where can I find them and more important what battery do you use to run them and where can I get the battery. Was an awesome ride

You can find them if you page back a bit in this very thread ;)

And as I said, my favorite shot, thanks Skidd for showing me this view of the city, I never knew it existed till last month, I need to get out there with a tripod.

I have always loved that hill. And it's cool coming from Jeppestown which is all nondescript and bleak, and then hitting the left turn and being shown this view - so cool

I have said it before, but it bears repeating - this picture, of all the CM Jozi pics I have seen, is the best.

I wanted to show my Son this view, but we mistakenly left with the group that left the pizza stop earlier and never got to see this. Pity.

Thanks Skidd, I really got lucky actually , it's a very difficult shot with challenging light.

It requires a slow shutter and to freeze the cyclists in the frame I had to bump up my ISO.

So the pic is a bit noisy.

I think on one of the masses I should get in the monster truck with a camera and various lenses.

Next month. I will make sure we all go the right way. If people want to leave early they will though..

Ok I found it. Ordered my strip lights from Clear Sky LED online on Tuesday, they delivered on Wednesday R199 for 5m. Got a 12v motor cycle battery for R80 and tested last night - after 5 hours still as bright as daylight.

Contact details - Clear Sky - www.clearskyleds.co.za - their service is excellent.

I have a couple of 12v batteries which are about... 100 x 50 x 40mm. work fine and don't weight too much.
