Grondpad Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 I was hoping to do this race but it is 145km from my house in PTA east. Such a shame. I was looking forward to it, but I dont think its worth traveling almost 300km. For those lucky enough -> Have a blast!!

Garfield2010 Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 Last years Buffels race was a blast. Swim was relatively flat.... The MTB course was half single trail and half gravel road (not technical) and the run is single track with a small 400m offroad climb that was quite hectic although the rest was easy..... If I remember correctly it did rain and one guy fell and broke his arm within the first km of the bike course, but that was only because he was trying to keep up to me something I would not recommend...........
