All you hear all day long on the Hub is how great Grabouw is until I get the chance to go for a sneaky ride and then suddenly noone wants to speak to me.

Crikey what do I have to do to get someone...ANYONE...to come ride with me!???

Anyway off to Eden soon...the sweet holy mudbath awaits.

3. Welvanspas (Wellington)

Make sure you don't miss this one, but pick a cool day or go very early as the Wellington valley can get scorchingly hot this time of year.

We ride MTB, staying in Somerset West but will travel to a route wherever, wanna go to as many as possible... usually do 40 - 50km rides but that all depends on the climbs and looking at the surroundings there seems to be LOADS of hills so I guess distance may drop somewhat :D

Mtb - go to Hillcrest or Contermanskloof - 10min from Century City - both great rides

Road - Bit tricky from Century City
