Hi there, has it been confirmed if there are cycling clubs in the Brackenfell, Kraaifontein area? If yes, please forward their contact details.

Are you only looking for groups to ride with, or for an official club?

WP clubs https://www.wpcycling.com/affiliated-clubs/ and maybe try Bellville Cycling Club, Cape Multi Sport or Kraaifontein Cycling Club. Mayve even D'Ville for weekend rides.

On a Tuesday and Thursday 17h30, Saxdown Rd and Bottalary meetup. Polka Loop. You should join, you will meet couple of riders then decide which club you want to join, if any.

Clem is just trolling for new victims 😉😄 That Brackenfell group ride is a bit of a hammer fest this time of the year so come well prepared. They do however regroup at a few points on the ride if you get dropped but you still need to maintain at least a 30km/h avs speed so you don't get left behind completely.

Brother, i see you trying to kill me before i even get my training wheels off....

If you need to get back into cycling then maybe D'Ville club is an option, they have various groups. But they mostly do rides on weekends, not too many weekday options. This time of the year they usually ride from the DVille shop on Saturdays around 6h00, Sundays a bit later

We all have to start somewhere... I've been riding with them for a while and I am still the sweeper in the group. But it is best to come after the FUN RIDE Championship on 9 March. Lot's of the oaks in the group are part of the D'Ville Club.
