Howzit People.

I'm interested in doing that USN body and lifestyle challenge. I don't want to send picture to the newspapers etc etc but I want to do the whole diet and training plan!

So in a nutshell do the exercises and eating plan as per the challenge!

Now my question is has any hubbers done this and were the results worth while. I'm not willing to go on all sorts of juices.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I did the challenge in October 2009 with a starting weight of 107kg. I lost a total of 23kg in the 3 months. I have managed to keep it off till Nov last year with an ave weight of 84 - 87. Nov I stopped training so I am now sitting at 92 <_<

I have started with the challenge today and yes it is very expensive. It is not a 3 month diet but a whole change in lifestyle. Once you stop with the challenge after 3 months then the real work begins, trying to keep to your goal weight!

Well, I am using the diet fuel and phedra cut... Initially the weight loss came fast. I reached my goal weight within two months... BUT, I did not look as expected. I must also admit that the closest that I got to diet, was losing sugar and cutting on salt and spices. I picked up quite a few kilos this December, but I am planning to have my belly off by end of Feb.

Just remember that it takes a lot of work and dedication. You have to stick to it.

I hate to burst the bubble of everyone who has either done this diet/programme or is contemplating doing it.

You can achieve the same results by just eating good healthy clean food. Not only does it taste good and better than a shake, but it will cost a lot less $$$$$.

Long term it is far better practice for people to learn about food and what constitutes good, clean and healthy etc because lets face it the relapse rate of these diets is pretty high, and after 6/8 weeks of starvation and shakes, one is inclined to binge. Further I would any day eat a plate of good healthy food over some shake which has been manufactured in a chinese factory and contains chemicals and other nasties that none of us know are even there.

These things are all marketing ploys to get you to buy their products and there are 100's out there besides USN.

My 2 cents is save your cash and learn about food and what makes up a good plate.

You can also have a look at the BODY FOR LIFE training program & eating plan.

Think this was the original one and the rest followed.

Shakes are there to make your life a little easier as you'll be eating 6 times a day but you can always substitute a shake with real food.

Good luck !!
