Boys and girls, just a reminder to log all your training for the month. And if you've been slacking, you have about 72 hours to make up for lost time and distance! So HEman, you should be able to make up your shortfall of 33hours :P

Will be doing the catching up too late. Starting on 1 Apr with about 7 hrs :(

Yay! I took top of pile for commuting in March :) Also not that far off from top of pile for all-time ... Must admit that the competition in the top 5 or so places were tough, but events and races took it's toll on some peeps. Now go get back on your bikes and commute!

I am falling behind a bit. Had an eye operation and bronchitis. Still recovering from both. Will take some catching up once I am back on the bike.

Dudes and Dudettes,

 

Get your workouts logged, and with the nice looonnngggg... weekend starting soon there's plenty of opportunity to get in some extra rides, runs, and swims in!

A fever got hold of me :(

'Twas cold and sweaty in Durbs, and no 'substances' involved.

So, no training, no racing, no riding, no running.

Just sweating, sleeping and feeling 'orrible.

April was a sad month . Not a single km logged and I even managed to break the helmet. :(

Hopefully health will be better in May.
