It is more like a tracker, tracking calories and some other things. So nothing like the power balance at all. jimmy hardtail Posted January 30, 2012 Share Read carefully, I'd doesn't do anything for your performance, just measures it. So the idea is that it tracks how active you are against the goal you set. Wayne Potgieter Posted January 30, 2012 Share I use the Nike+ trainers everyday as well as my iPhone app...you would be amazed at how much you can learn about your body and fitness levels. I measure distance walked, calories burned etc just doing my daily activities etc. I find, i am trying to beat myself on a daily basis, by being more active each day as a sort of personal game i play.
