scotty Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 Its a flattish race, first section is fast some climbing around Heidelberg and then undulating on the R23 back to Boksburg so keep some energy in reserve, if you find you using too much energy slack off and wait for next big bunch, last bit is a fast downhill to the stadium. Boerrie rolls and beer to recover.

Wannabe Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 Also beware where short and long route merge (dunno if it's still the same route, did it last in 2009). The shorter route guys takes up most of the road, so keep your wits about you.
