Good luck though, and if anyone reads this and is also looking for members for a slower team, looking to complete the ride rather than get a fast time then feel free to PM me. I'm part of a team, but we only start in August/Septemeber. Feel free to contact me.

Way too many things that can still happen in the year that could potentially derail the plans. Will just have to wait and see a little bit longer. Entries don't need to go in until 1 Aug I think (least that was when they took entries last year). So you have some time yet to sort those plans ...

We've got around 5 of us now interested in a more social ride / target time of 8.5 to 9.5. Have dropped them a PM. I'm very keen to do the DC though, one way or other. Doubt it, suspect that weekend may (again) cross swords with family commitments... Depends on the dates (of the family stuff, yet to be finalised) in the end - hoping to do either DC or Hell and Back. Really won't mind doing another DC, it's a great experience!
