Would be really nice if they built some more tracks with bridges amongst the wetland areas and foresty bits. There is so much potential there.

 

Its good to see the markings are being kept clear.

 

Pity the fools who don't get the trail direction right though.

Has anyone noticed that the only slightly technical, rocky bit of Northern Farms has been cordoned off with a permanent sentry on duty? This is into it's third week now. I look forward to this bit of the ride and find the reason for it questionable.

There's a water bowser & some private cars parked next to the river. A huge boma has been constructed and the grass burned all around the area. Apparently, according to said sentry, this is for "Initiation ceremonies". What part of Northern Farm's normal activities does this fall under? Does anyone know what this is all about?
