Marmot S Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 Eish recovered enough only now to put my 5 cent worth. Did joburg2C but did not suffer any day of the joberg2C as Saturday, my first MM, but have to find a new strategy to eat on the bike, got braces fitted on Thursday before the race and did not eat that well, ...so for the next two years have to bear with them. Did not do the vegies and carbo loading, were cramping and had to dig real deep and just grind it to the finished. 4:35 hours 70km. Will be back next year.
