GO - you probably right since Flatdogs is a very MTB orientated club. My son LittleBen just joined LPCC as he is wanting to focus some more on road this year. That doesn't mean he won't be giving it stick at the usual MTB races of course !!!!!

Cool!! Glad to see there are MTB clubs in Alberton as well. I know a couple guys looking to get started in MTB, so I will give them your info. Enjoy...

Try Southern Cycling Club, Cindy 083 449-2277

This club really helps the slower less experienced guys. Arrange to meet with them at Spnn Mania and have a 'trial' ride.

As long as you are safe when riding, its all good.

I rode for LPCC last year, and I hear that Southerns are a very good club. So, you are spoiled for choice!!

Germiston Wheelers - okay, so that's in Germiston, but most of their rides are on the Lido loop, and there are quite a few of us that stay in Alberton.

Applications and details are available on-line... www.germistonwheelers.co.za

The club is big enough to cater for all abilities, from beginer to elites.
