So final build specs:

Fox Factory 36 RLC/FIT 160mm

Full XX Groupset (except XTR cassette)

Blackbox Ceramic BB and Chris King Headset

Easton Haven: Carbon Bars, Stem and Wheels (20mm/142mm)

Reverb-II Post, Gobi Saddle.

*** Took a very long time to build, each bolt is titanium, each bolt and cable torqued, cut and set 100% perfect after every single adjustment and change.

Only changes outstanding... still not 100% happy with front brake hose, need to take extra 1.5cm off.... also, not sure what to do about the pedals.....it's the only item that was 2nd hand because I just didn't know what to get....

Nice 1  looks slick V

Thanks peeps, really loving the SB-66......

First SRAM gruppo for me too... it's taking a bit to get used to... but the bike itself is an absolute dream to ride, just floats over everything...

Just need to find best tire pressures to run... suspension feels really good to me... rear on about 27% sag, front about 15%....

How tall are you and what size did you go with?

15% sag on your 36 Float?

I'm 1.83 - so I usually go with Large, although on paper most bikes say upto 1.85 can go medium... I just find Large with shorter stem much better for me.... around 610-615mm top tube is what i personally like...

Yes, i was also not sure on 15% sag, it's a LOT.. actually amounts to 23mm believe it or not... but as per FOX official specifications you should go between 23mm for XC and up to 40mm for "All-mountain".... was skeptical about it, but it rides absolutely fine at 15%... it just floats over alles.

Makes sense. Reason I ask is I've noticed a couple of guys are down-sizing cause the SB runs long for it's size. A direction more manufacturers are heading towards due to guys running shorter and shorter stems.

So IMO going with a smaller size defeats the object and one of the perks of the SB. I'm going from a Med to Large on my SL-R to give me the extra space I need.
