AndreZA Posted January 9, 2008 Posted January 9, 2008 I picked these up from my LBS yesterday thanks to Titus. He is bringing in some silver once for me for my new XT Shadow derailleur. These things are gorgeous. Almost a sin to waste it on a bike. Underneath the gold caps are bearings and not bushes. They are expensive at R180 a set but guess what, that is way cheaper then XTR ones.

That is cheap considering what you pay for a set of Dura Ace pulleys. Do they have ceramic bearings in all of them?
1kTT Posted January 10, 2008 Posted January 10, 2008 Oh and mine 'siezed up' after riding through some thick mud. Took them out, cleaned them up and sprayed a bit of oil in and they were back to normal.
