Tejay is riding the TT of his life. He's just caught Cuddles. Dunno if that's because Cadel is riding poorly, or because Tejay is awesome.

Perhaps Cadel is deflated, but I think credit must also must be given to the youngster.

Now we know what Wiggins was doing.

He was just taking a gentle ride up the last mountains, wanted to save his energy so he could assert his dominance in the final ITT.

I think there has been a shift of generations this year.

Things are looking good for the futuire of road cycling.

 

Just imagine young Janse van Rensburg in BMC colours, with a full lead-out delivering him to the line..........

Now that's food for thought.

 

He belongs in a ProTour team, and/or even Arran Brown or Nolan Hoffman. I genuinely am convinced they would be competitive.
