Just watched the photo finish.

Sagan mistimed his sprinter's lunge.

Great sprinting capability from the Gorrila.

Impressive top end speed from the Tourminator.

Good to see.

This rookie is doing very well operating, mostly, as a 'freelance' sprinter.

:-)

I see there's some pussyfooting around Froome's comments in Scotty's fave French rag. From what I've read there's no need, so why the pre-empting excuses?

Sanchez obviously thought Sky had no reason to chase down his break. Boasson Hagen wanted to win yesterday though, because Hushovd won the stage that finished there last year with a massive solo effort. The Norwegian fans must have been encouraging him to go for the win. Not much chance for him to outsprint Greipel and Sagan, but at least he got himself on to the podium.

I did a bit of scrounging and saw something about him feeling that some teams are greedy and not leaving pieces of cake for everyone else

Another question on yesterday's stage

Anyone know why RSNT helmets were different to previous stages?

They seemed to have orange (not yellow) instead of red

Km 152.5 – Mur de Péguère (1 375 m)9.3 kilometre-long climb at 7.9% – category 1

Doesn't tell the full story.

Last 3 kms ave over 12% with a max of 18%

I scheme its the fact they are leading team competition. You will see they have yellow numbers too.

Yes, but then the colour would be yellow and not orange

I kinda lost interest in this years tour, why is Froome in the same team as Wiggo? Froomy you lost the Tour by accepting to be a worker bee for Wiggo, maybe it`s not your fault but I think it is. Its also the fault of Evens for not performing. The most boring tour I have seen thus far out of many.

As great as that will be, it will mean the end of his career at SKY, and he will lose out on a lot, as he can benefit a lot as a rider on Team Sky.

The end of his career at Sky is the best thing for his career, if he was on any other team he would have won the tour.

I've read somewhere at the beginning of the Tour that RNT agreed to wear the customary yellow numbers, but not the yellow helmets.
