MTBeer Posted June 18, 2012 Posted June 18, 2012 So, my 2-year old Giant Anthem frame developed a crack where the top tube meets the seat tube - a minute hairline crack. Gert Stander at Dragon Sports replaced the frame - no worries. Thanks also to Fazel at Bridge Cycles (the LBS where I bought the bike) for arranging it.Still a massive Giant fan.

I suppose with something like a bike you're possibly going to hold onto the pop. I've got an isue with a small part at the moment (not with Dragon) ... no receipt, no joy.!Really, how long do you keep receipts for R1000 and less.!

You keep the receipt for as long as the warranty is valid.Pretty straight forward I would have thought
