It is raining softly here in Queenstown now, while it rains it will not snow.

Raining since midnight in George with big showers later today and tomorrow, actually glad i wont be able to make the Knysna half this year

My youngster was looking forward to the Spur race tomorrow, but that has been postponed due to the weather. We cycled arround Norm Hudlin yesterday and man what a mud bath. I don't know how Lex is going fix the trail.....

i wish i was home, stuck in Brunei on the way home all the flight to sa seems to be fairly full,

will be snowing some more today if it doesnt rain to heavy so i hope its still there when i get back

Just read that the Knysna forest marathon has been cancelled. Hectic.

It's the first time that it's been cancelled and organizers are worried about flooding on the route.

Left Queenstown at 13h00 after my site meeting yesterday. Penhoek Pass is about 70km north of Queenstown. It was snowing heavily when I went through. It rained heavily up to Aliwal North.

 

The snow was still melting as it fell but it was bitterly cold.
