Questions:

I see there is a green and yellow and red route there, are they more difficult because they are more technical, or just because they get longer?

How tricky are they for a relative novice?

Very easy, not tech at all. Also relatively flat

The great thing about Modders is that you have this basic 16km? green loop with a number of blue loops. So you could adjust your distance to anything inbetween if you wanted to.

Yup - we can make it up as we go along!

33km lap includes the ~6km to and from the parking lot to the mtb course. A double lapper will be closer to 60km.

+1 shouldn't need to unclip the whole way.

32x18 for those on 29er SSers.

Have you seen the one red? new technical loop?

More technical section than loop... Rode half of it with Mr. Shimano. Pretty tame but fun.

Mr. Cold/Hot Shimano with the body art?

Do we get to ride down the rock at least?

I'll be parking on the grass by the entrance if I can make it. I don't like tar...

the very one!

Nope - still up the rock. The red section is a choice off the main dirt road ala Groenkloof style where you nip off for some fun then rejoin the main road later...

How do I get to northeern farms? Is it more technical than Modder how far is the ride and how long will you guys ride for? Might have to take the miss's to groenies in the afternoon so hopefully I can do both on Sunday depending on timing.
