Nestled just off the R301 in the heart of the Paarl- Franschhoek valley , Val De Vie is a unique and very special estate offering visitors and owners the very best life has to offer.

 

 

Additional Information

The estate itself has a host of offerings including ample space, breathtaking views and renowned wines. Residents are spoiled for choice with offerings like: • Vineyards and specialist wine makers • Sports facilities including cycling , fishing , a gym and the Ryk Neethling swim academy • World renowned Polo fields, facilities and stables The feel of the estate from entering is quite remarkable and oozes peace and quality.

 

The team at Val De Vie have expressed their desire to expand their offerings to the public and residents by hosting a mountain bike event that will showcase the estate and surrounds. From the outset Ryk Neethling and his team made it clear that they want an event that will be one of the best and establish itself as an annual offering. This has led to the Estate teaming up with ASG Events to host the inaugural KIA Val de Vie Classic on 16 September 2012.

Entered the 60km. BUT!! 40th Friday night. 46th Saturday morning (on bikes through Franschhoek wine farms) ending with lunch on a wine farm. And sleeping over at Val de Vie Saturday night. Good chance I'll step down to the 30km come Sunday morning - depending on that illusive profile!!
