This used to be the fourth biggest Tour on the circuit.Not sure if it is anymore.On its 74th edition at the moment.

Ja,challenge to read but if you click in the etappe link you get the full results of the stage.Tough race.The top Portugal riders like Mendes,Chagas and Fernandes used to kickass in the Rapport Tour (King Rat team)in the 70's.
