Got a roof rack about 3 weeks ago replacing my carrier. William installed it and did a great job

 

So genius here goes and does what belongs in that thread about stupid ass things you do and drives into the garage door with bike on top. Bike trashed, Thule rack suspect, car damaged. Pretty spectacular and I guess I now ticked that box.

 

So I take my car and rack to Thule, Joe one of the guys there tell me: "it's F#cked". William and Joe goes and installs and fixes everything sorts the insurance thing in 20 minutes

 

It is about absolute trust but the fact that everytime I get there but they do things fast and good.

 

These guys are truly the best.

The Thule agency in Beyers Naude is just as good. Always get snappy and professional service.

 

Wheelsuck I dont think there is anyone that has a proride that hasn't driven into something. My best is completely taking out the Kfc drive thru height board with my bike

I can vouch for Thule Boksburg as well. Their service is awesome and so are their products.

Thule Cedar Square is also tops. Seems these guys have the right people working for them.
