To the cyclists in Orange kit at cradle this morning

This is a universal issue. We have the same problem here in the UK. When they are accidently knocked off their bikes by other road users, they run off to their Solicitors to sue the driver for compensation.

Good call ! Respect.

Why then use the the Hub and try "confront" them, what good is that, especially of nothing good can come of it ?

2 points:

1. Perhaps they too are hubbers and ranting to them here is safer and controlled. Perhaps it may make them more aware.

2. Check the sub section I placed this in... Isn't that what it's meant for?

Friday morning, still dark, 6 runners , running abreast, taking up the entire 1 side of the road, where do they expect the cyclist ( or cars) to go with cars coming up from behind??

I have actually stopped to discuss this with them in the past , and have only been told , not to be so full of ****, and probably woke up on the wrong side of the bed etc.

So, cyclists should absolutely not do this, but the runners seem even worse, in my experience

I've had that a few times too , they run you off the road margin into the traffic , often into a very sketchy situation , directly into the path of cars and busses .Sometimes just at the last moment because you can barely see them . And they get seriously pissed off if you confront them - they are pedestrians running in a main road against the traffic , often more than one abreast and they get royally pissed off when you question their right to do that. One of the few times I have ever felt that I have the right to punch someone.... Take my life for granted - not on my watch punk
