Went for a ride around the block on Tuesday and my lungs fell out; havn't ridden in almost 3 weeks, dont think now is the time to push for a new distance. :mellow:

 

Good thing you have two weeks to train :clap:

Can we get an idea on the planned route? VG can be super tough or super flowy and fast depending on where they take us!

ie. Will the concrete strip climb be involved? (or worse: Pofadder)

Went for a quick ride today with Eric and 3 mountain goats with real skill,quick ended up going to the very top of Greek churches mountain never thought 42,9Km could be so tough!!! I think the one guy was "maddog" the boys have got some serious skill and ballz , long story short 40/50 km with Eric can be hectic!!!!'!

Maddog.... Ah yes one of my usual riding buddies from the Swampdogs. He's one of our "average" riders... :P.

 

Erik often takes us on new routes "to be ridden in" before he opens them up for public consumption. :D
