I guess you prepared most of that at home last night maybe?

I normally just chuck whatever I can find in a bag in the morning before I leave.

If there are leftovers I take it, but normally I finish the leftovers about and hour or 2 after supper :blush:

Only have 1 big portion of meat a day - normally supper and normally chicken.

Meat can kill you ;)

Same problem this side. If I try and make some extra food for the next day, I'll end up eating it before bed, so that rarely works out well, haha.

 

Maybe I should lay of the bread for a while, and just eat fruit and veggies for lunch, and see if I can do that for 2 days. It will be a lot easier than having to make lunch at work. Highly doubt it will work though

If you get it right LMK.rekon its hard to get the eggwhite so fluffy.

Even normal dumplings quiet the cooking skills.

CHina town 20bucks for 6 -pork ,chicken or veg.

Used to go to jade palace in vegas every sat morning,., people fighting for the cha sui bai :clap:

Oats for breakfast 6h30. Yoghurt @ 9h30. 2 slices rye bread and 1 avo for lunch @ 12. This will fuel a 2k swim in the morning and a 10k run in the afternoon @ 15h00.

Can you maybe some of these dumplings and stuff "raw" at these Chinese places? so you can maybe just cook them at home or at the office?
