Iron Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Getting amped, although I have some mixed emotions this week, but will be there is good spirit and giving it my all Dude chill , this week should be a fun easy week . as you cant catchup with training and have to be happy with your prep. eat lank, sleep lank, easy rides on your bike and possitive thoughts . races are won in your head .
