The humans that do that must be absolutely senseless.

 

They do report that ex-soldiers from some of Africa's many wars are the manpower behind many of these slaughters . I suppose if you can slaughter humans , rhinos won't be very hard.

I saw these animals in January, we were out on the mtb's and had just come off a dirt track on to the Grahamstown Road. I remember thinking at the time how accessible they looked, so close to the road with only a game fence to separate them from this.
