Can you do the 6 day event solo?

 

Yes. Costs is a bit more than the team R9000 due to you needing to have your own tent etc. if I am correct.

Doesn't look like the last 6 days is a solo option. There's no option to choose 'solo' on the last 6 days entry form like there is for the full 9 days.

I'm considering that as well. Just a bit worried about how it will be solo when you inevitably hit a wall. Just about any stage race I've done, there have been bleak moments when having a partner stopped me from pushing my bike off a cliff.

 

But at the moment solo seems to be my only option.

I wouldn't worry about that, there's plenty guys you meet and actually end up riding with on most of the days... My GF is doing it with a mate of hers, we did it together this year but, in saying that if she caught me kafoeffelling some blonde hottie we would argue less. Hence why I'm doing it solo. I love life
