BenDL Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 The Giant is a great bike. Aluminium 14kg. Great commuter and uses standard 3-piece modern cranks. The Schwinn Corvette is Steel at 17kg and uses old fashioned one-piece crank which takes old fashioned 1/2" pedals so your modern SPDs pedals won't fit onto the crank.
