Shame the Police officer mentioned in this article was a member at my gym. One of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Today work is a real morbid place without him

We know Clem's family personally and I feel sick to the stomach. When will someone or somebody take responsibility for drunk driving in South Africa and take action, it is totally unacceptable and something needs to be done about it. There are so many innocent people who will now suffer from something like this. My condolences go out to the Morris family and the grandchildren that will never know their grandfather - just so sad. I really hope justice is served and the youth of PE realise what effect alcohol can have - not always just a fun night out but playing with peoples lives. Hopefully this will make some people think twice before getting in a car when they are drunk.

I have just been informed that they will be having a Memorial cycle for Mr Clem Morris on Saturday Morning at 6 am from 10th Avenue Bp (Walmer). All cyclists are encouraged to attend as there is also an aim to create awareness for cyclists on the road. It will be great if all the Pe folk can support this initiative. I think Rob Burton has put this ride together
