Every time we phone cycle house they have a diffrent excuse yesterday they told me they don't even know where the frame is. I dont take my bike anywhere else. I also had a problem with a Silverback frame and had a delay but once they received the new frame I got the bike back the same day. fabes Posted October 28, 2012 Share It's probably not the Cycle shop that is holding the process up but when there is a situation like this I think the bike shop should always keep the customer informed of what's happening with the Frame/parts that are being replaced.
