2012 Burger Route Training Rides

Seems there is quite a bit of interest in this ride. More for the slower group, though. However this is not a problem for me, a low impact high cadence ride can only do me good.

Yeah, Wannabe,

I have another peloton rolling on the 17th at 30 km/h+.

Might join your peleton on 17th. Waiting to see what's happening with Langebaan. As it stands I'm driving through alone that morning and back again the afternoon.

Gonna be fast, Cippo'.

Make sure you can commit to the pace.

We intend to roll at 30 plus over the route.

Might just join you.

Why, will it be needed? devil.gif

Yes.

It'll be tapering for the DC. Get that form sharpened with some good hard tempo.

A 33 avg will be awesome.

I can always wheelsuck for as far / fast I can, and then drop out and complete the ride on my own. Used to riding on my own, but need some tempo riding to get up to racing form.

Sure you won't mind me huffing and puffing at the back.

Of course...

It'll be sharp.

Your choice, man.
