Guys, correct me if I'm wrong, but the actual Slow & Funfit starts at 7:00 in the Groenkloof parking lot. The guys with too much energy ( ) are cycling to Groenkloof from Moot (?) and are starting at 6:00. I don't know how fast they'll be going but the route sounds quite hectic.
