They really need to open one up in the middle of Sandton. Will allow people to go before and after work and we could even sneak a session during lunch. Are there any plans in the pipeline???? Blue Monster Posted June 9, 2013 Posted June 9, 2013 I am on to my second 12 week block. Class is now almost full.18% increase in FTP in 12 weeks. I am training on the road as well, but you can't beat the results.I have seen the benefit on the road as well.This gave me the confidence to take on the Kremetart this year. This after riding/training for less than six months.Have booked for the next class in advance, and intend doing the one after that. That would make it four in a row. SyncSA 1

Heart land of corporate cycling. They wont go with Planet fitness or Virgin - not as profitable and a different type of training, you cant just pitch and ride. Also it kind of makes it cycling exclusive. On my 4 course now, and about 25% FTP increase. Good investment opportunity though - anyone got some moola to invest?
