This is how I have it at the moment. There’s no moving part, its just permanently in the open position.

One the common hurdles for monster gravel bikes is MTb Q factor and limited front chainring size. This Silverback SBC frame fits a gravel wide crankset so you get gravel bike Q factor and a 40 tooth front chainring. The frames also only 1,000g which means if you add carbon wheels it’s a  similar weight as many rigid carbon gravel bikes.

Nice build I have a Silverback Sola Bike, I have a 42T chainring.

another way to get around the limited clearance for larger chainrings on MTB frames is to use a 12 speed e-thirteen 9-46 or 9-50 cassette with a 36T chainring
