For those of you wondering where Stander and Flying Sauser is. They are riding but not racing. They are riding with other riders that are paying them to ride slowly.

Correct on riding yes, but seems like their charity didn't work out this time around. Sauser's and Dan Hugo's partners withdrew because of crases beforehand or whatever. There were a second round of auctions, seemed like nobody bid. Sauser ride with Burry and Hugo with a Songo kid. Oliver Munnik I think is the only rider who is riding with a guy who auctioned on him.

After day 1 (of the Adventure) I would have been willing to pay good money to have him push me up the hills.biggrin.png

O thank you, now this makes sense because I just could not believe they were so far behind!

My Wines2Whales race report

This event is maturing into one of the better events on the MTB calendar. The attention to detail is improving each year, and above all, they place the riders' interests first. Oh, and there is some fantastic riding too ;)
