W@nna-BE Posted November 19, 2012 Share possible, i have been riding for under 2 years, last years 94.7 was my first race and my first time over 75km and i did it in 3:27, this year i did it in 3:00:58 with a stop because of my chain, i was heading for a 2:55 maybe? i did not do specific training, i did have 4 weeks coaching with Diane White at Activeworx but did not use it too its full potential!all i did was do as many races as possible this year with IDT sessions when i could, oh and i bought my "BEAST" love the new bike + ZIPP's I do believe with proper training incl intervals and proper coaching those results are possible!!
