Nice looking bike. Where you get the Weirwolfs from....local or import?

Import via crc. And I have it on v v v good authority that WTB won't be distributed here anymore - lack of sales.

It's a pity, 'cos they have some VERY VERY good tires.

I'm also happy with how the black fork works with the bike. Thought it may "clash" and that the lyrik that I (eventually) get would have to be white to "balance" it out. But looking at it, the bike looks great with the black revelation, so it's not that much of a hassle if I can only get a black fork.

Really, really happy with it.

Faaaar too much attention paid to things colour matching.

This bike should be covered in mud, scratches and blood in any case ;)

Sweet ass bike dude. Really killer. Think I might get me one.

I have it on very very good authority that WTB is in fact back and will be available again from January.

I'm waiting very patiently. Current tyres will last till then.

Oh yes. Same guys will have the Spank agency. Subrosas FTW.

Running Hans Dampf front and rear now. Compared to the 2.35 minnions i had on before they are HOOOGE. Grip/Slide seems nice and predictable whereas the Minnions grip until they don't anymore. I had quite a lot of trouble seating them but that's more a function of my ineptitude than the tires themselves.

The weight is pretty much the same as the minnions but the minnions are single ply where as these are proper UST tires. In the future I probably won't run a Hans Dampf on the rear. I think it's just too much tire. Maybe a Nobby Nic like you say. Can't run different brand front and rear. That's a major no no.

Yeha, the HD's 2.35 is the same as a Maxxis 2.5 and in many cases is actually bigger.

And agreed on the too much tire for the back. Want to be able to slide it in if i need to, and the HD's grip will prevent that (and rip the trail if I manage to)
